phmacoa Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phmacoa website at phmacoa.vip, creating a player account, or using any of phmacoa's gaming, sports betting, or ancillary services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with phmacoa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmacoa platform and all associated services. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with phmacoa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a legal resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law, court order, or regulatory restriction in your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or account suspension imposed by phmacoa or any affiliated gaming regulator.

phmacoa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with phmacoa. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Immediately notify phmacoa if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phmacoa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your phmacoa account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

phmacoa supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the platform.

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. By initiating any deposit or withdrawal, you represent that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the phmacoa platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• phmacoa reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any transaction and may require supporting documentation before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits that have been used in gaming activity are non-refundable except as expressly provided under applicable consumer protection law.
• phmacoa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash or bank processing times.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phmacoa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions, which will be published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• phmacoa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated systems, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be treated as fraud.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmacoa platform:

• Use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperation with other players to defraud phmacoa or other users.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the phmacoa platform or negatively impacts other users' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with phmacoa's software, platform infrastructure, or security systems.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmacoa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of phmacoa or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phmacoa platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any phmacoa content without express prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

phmacoa's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmacoa does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.

9. Responsible Gaming

phmacoa is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• All players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss limits and session time reminders are available to all registered phmacoa accounts.
• Self-exclusion options — ranging from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent self-exclusion — are available and will be honoured immediately upon request.
• Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing their account for the duration of the exclusion period and will not receive marketing communications.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phmacoa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• phmacoa has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming restriction.
• Account activity triggers anti-fraud or anti-money laundering alerts under phmacoa's internal compliance procedures.

Upon account closure, any funds remaining in a verified account after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to phmacoa's AML review procedures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to notify phmacoa of any dispute and allow a period of thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution through phmacoa's customer support channels. phmacoa will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

12. Changes to These Terms

phmacoa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phmacoa will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the phmacoa platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
